Namrta is a highly qualified Ayuveda Practitioner who has undergone special training in Yog and Ayurveda at “PatanjaliYogpeeth” in India.

Namrta regards physical existence, mental existence, and personality of a person as a whole, with each element being able to influence the others, which in Ayurveda terms is referred to as the Doshas (Vata, Pitta and Kapha). When the doshas are in balance this results in wellness; whilst when there is an imbalance, health conditions manifest.

This holistic approach that is usedduring her consultations is a fundamental aspect of Ayurveda. Through this practice she is able to help her clients lead a more peaceful, happier and healthier life by keeping their mind, body and soul in harmony through applying the ancient herbal system of healthcare into their regular lifestyle.

During an initial consultation, Namrta uses a combination of physical observation, personal and family history data, palpation and listening to the heart lungs to help identify the client’s constitution (Dosha). She also pays special attention to the pulse, tongue, eyes, and nails, and may routinely perform urine examinations to aid in identifying imbalances that may be present in a client’s body which maybe causingpresent health conditions.

Once the first phase of the consultation is complete, Namrta composes an individualized health management plan, through methods of cleansing and detoxification, palliation, rejuvenation and balancing both the physical and mental health components. Ayurveda is one of the most natural and holistic therapies, offering both preventative health and health management for people of all ages.

Namrta provides professional advice and has a passion for all the issues relating to Women’s, Men’s and Children’s Health & Wellbeing.
