Ayurvedic Inhalation Therapy

Ayurvedic Inhalation Therapy, also known as Nasya is one of the five vital Ayurvedic Panchakarma detoxificationtechniques that has been used in India for centuries. In Ayurveda practice it is believed that the nose is the entrance to the brain, therefore this techique is used to open the channels of the head, eyes, nose and throat.

Through the process ofa gentle neck, shoulder, facial massage combined with steam therapy, a herbal oil is administered through the nose. This is a deeply nurturing techique that gently clears and soften the nasal tissues, allowing a smooth flow of oxygen and prana helping to elevate symptoms or discomfort.
